Eröffnung Usha Couture - Maßschneiderei und Modelabel

Usha – Sanskrit für „Morgenröte“ – steht für den Beginn von etwas Neuem.  Inspiriert von Stoffen und Mustern aus Nepal entsteht hier ein Ort für Schneiderei, Mode und Begegnung. Traditionelle Textilien und grafische Muster werden in moderne, alltagstaugliche Designs übersetzt. Farben, Stoffe und Details aus Nepal prägen dabei nicht nur die Kleidung, sondern auch die Atmosphäre des Ladens.

Durch die großen Fenster blickt man direkt in die Werkstatt. Unser Konzept ist es, einen offenen Raum zu schaffen, in dem handwerkliches Arbeiten sichtbar wird und kreative Zusammenarbeit entstehen kann. Neben Maßschneiderei und individueller Kleidung soll der Laden auch Platz für Nähworkshops, Popup-Ausstellungen und weitere Designer bieten.

Am Donnerstag öffnen wir die Türen für einen entspannten Nachmittag voller Begegnungen, Gespräche, Musik, Tee, Sekt und Snacks.

Opening of Usha Couture – Bespoke Tailoring and Fashion Label

Usha – the Sanskrit word for “dawn” – stands for the beginning of something new.
Inspired by fabrics and patterns from Nepal, this space brings together tailoring, fashion, and human connection. Traditional textiles and graphic patterns are translated into modern, wearable designs for everyday life. Fabrics, and details from Nepal shape not only the clothing, but also the atmosphere of the shop itself.

Through the large front windows, visitors can look directly into the workshop. Our concept is to create an open space where craftsmanship becomes visible and creative collaboration can emerge. Alongside bespoke tailoring and custom-made clothing, the shop will also host sewing workshops, popup exhibitions, and collaborations with other designers.

We are happy to invite you to join us for a relaxed afternoon of encounters, conversations, music, tea, sparkling drinks and snacks.
