Gaga People Dance Classes with Federico Longo

We’re thrilled to keep the momentum going with Gaga People classes every Monday at EinTanzHaus, led by the inspiring Federico Longo.

These open-level sessions invite everyone—regardless of experience—to explore movement, sensation, and presence in a welcoming and dynamic space.

What does the course offer?

Gaga people classes provide a framework for participants to connect with their bodies and imagination, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, build agility and explosive strength, and enjoy the joy of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.

What does the course look like?

Throughout the class, participants will be guided by a series of stimulating prompts designed to heighten awareness and further enhance sensations. Rather than moving from one prompt to the next, the information is layered and built into a multi-sensory, physically challenging experience. While many instructions are imbued with rich imagery, Gaga's research is fundamentally physical and insists on a specific process of embodiment. Within this shared research, the improvisational nature of the exploration allows each participant to connect with Gaga in a deeply personal way.
