Die Good Morning Jam ist ein offener Raum für Contact Improviser, die ihren Tag tanzend beginnen möchten. Hier gibt es keine Anleitung – nur Musik, Raum und die Möglichkeit, deine eigene Bewegung zu erforschen und mit anderen ins Spiel zu kommen.

Da es keine Einführung gibt, ist eine grundlegende Erfahrung in Contact Improvisation Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme.

Dresscode: Bitte trage Kleidung, die Schultern, Bauch und Oberschenkel bedeckt. Da die Kirche an kalten Tagen kühl sein kann, sind warme Tanzsachen empfohlen.

Good Morning Jam

The Good Morning Jam is an open space for Contact Improvisers who want to start their day dancing. There’s no guidance—just music, space to explore your own movement and dance with others.

Since there is no introduction, basic experience in Contact Improvisation is required to join.

Dress code: Please wear clothing that covers shoulders, belly, and thighs. On cold days, the church can be chilly, so warm dance clothes are recommended.
