​​​​We're bringing back that vacation ritual – you know, the one where you actually felt present? Early walks with coffee, sunlight before screen time, arriving somewhere instead of just being busy.

​​​​The science bit: Pro athletes plan recovery as intentionally as training. Morning light + slow movement = serotonin boost, circadian reset, afternoon focus that actually works.
