Feeling overloaded after a long day? 80% feel the drain. Step out for a 30-min evening reset — Recovery Walk Wednesday — and unwind before Netflix & notifications take over.

What we're doing: 30 minutes. Evening air. Real conversations.

​We’re bringing back that vacation ritual — you know, the one where evenings actually felt like arrival? Slow walks after dinner, golden light, being present instead of scrolling to escape.

The science bit: Pro athletes plan recovery as intentionally as training. Light + slow movement at night = stress down, dopamine reset, deeper sleep instead of 2 AM overthinking.

Who should come: Anyone who still checks Slack after “logging off.” If “recovery” sounds better than “workout mode” right now — this is your crowd.

The vibe: Less fitness, more ritual. Less hustle, more human. We’re not optimizing another thing — we’re remembering how to come down.

What to expect:

6:30 PM — meet-up
6:35 PM — the walk, first five minutes silent with one grounding question to close your day
7:00 PM — back at Friesenplatz!
