The final chapter of the series is all about elevation: expanding awareness, opening the heart, and connecting with your highest self. We’ll explore the second Yama, Satya, the practice of living and moving in truth. Through fluid vinyasa, uplifting transitions, and heart-opening sequences, we’ll focus on the Heart Chakra (Anahata): creating space for love, compassion, and expansion in body, mind, and spirit. Chill electronic sounds played live will shape the atmosphere.Open your heart. Lift your energy. Expand beyond limits.

Note for all the classes:Every class stands fully on its own. You’re welcome to join even if you haven’t attend the other sessions.
