Necrotic Woods emerged from the shadows in 2004 to give voice to the abyss of human existence through relentless black metal. What began in darkness grew into a many-headed beast, fusing black, death, thrash, doom, and depraved rock’n’roll. After two albums, painful upheavals, and a long silence, the chimera rises once more in 2025—bearing Perversions Committed On Flesh as its grim testament. The rites of return have been written, and from mid-2025, the cult shall be summoned again on stage.  

Perversions Committed on Flesh marks the third descent into darkness by German black metal entity Necrotic Woods.
Comprising seven visceral hymns and three haunting interludes, the album features guest musician Kirill Gromada—known from Raptvre, Pripjat, and Ayahuasca—who conjured and recorded all guitar work. The rest was forged in fire by Marco Brinkmann at Hellforge Studio, who oversaw production, recording, mixing, and mastering.
Lyrically, the album is steeped in the rot of the world, exploring blood-soaked atrocities, sadistic lusts, and the beast that stirs within the decaying core of human desire.  

VENDUL was created in 2012 to bring back what once was lost: the mind-melting sounds of the forgotten past! We shred the pestilence of rural punk and heavy metal onto this world, conjuring the fiends from evil roots. We are primitive drunkards & we are here to stay.
