Painting a simple landscape with watercolour

Join us for a special workshop of sketching and painting a landscape scene with watercolour. Soft colours and forms of countryside landscape is always calming to watch and being able to paint them yourself is a unique skill to learn. Imagine taking a sketchbook with you next time you go for a walk and sit down for a moment to enjoy your surrounding and create your own artwork. Join us inside the beautiful Palast Studio and rediscover your creative soul and love of nature. For this indoor workshop, we will use a reference photo for inspiration.

During this workshop, we will cover the following points:

• Paint free and loose with watercolour

• how to simplify a landscape scene

• Basic rules of light and shadows in painting

• Pencil study before painting

• Rule of third and dynamic composition

• Wet on dry and wet on wet techniques with watercolour

• Create depth in your scene

• Suitable brushes and paper for watercolour

Nima is an architect and watercolour painter who has been recording his own memories of people, places and travels in his sketchbooks. He will do a live demonstration of his painting style to show you how to work free and loose with watercolour and then you can enjoy creating your own unique watercolour.

The workshop is planned for 2/5 hours with 15 minutes break. Basic painting materials of paper, watercolour and brushes are included but feel free to bring your favourite set of watercolours too. This workshop is open to all levels and you do not need experience with drawing and painting to join.

Wir laden dich zu einem besonderen Workshop zum Skizzieren und Malen einer Landschaftsszene mit Aquarellfarben ein. Die sanften Farben und Formen einer Landschaft wirken immer beruhigend. Es ist eine einzigartige Fähigkeit, die man lernen kann, sie selbst zu malen. Stellt dir vor, du nimmst das nächste Mal, wenn du spazieren gehst, ein Skizzenbuch mit. Setze dich einen Moment hin, um die Umgebung zu genießen, und schaffe dein eigenes Kunstwerk. Komm ins wunderschöne Palast Studio und entdecke deine kreative Seite und deine Liebe zur Natur wieder. Für diesen Indoor-Workshop verwenden wir ein Referenzfoto als Inspiration.

In diesem Workshop behandeln wir folgende Punkte:

• Frei und locker mit Aquarellfarben malen

• Wie man eine Landschaftsszene vereinfacht

• Grundregeln für Licht und Schatten in der Malerei

• Bleistiftstudie vor dem Malen

• Drittelregel und dynamische Komposition

• Nass-in-trocken- und Nass-in-nass-Techniken mit Aquarellfarben

• Tiefe in der Szene schaffen

• Geeignete Pinsel und Papier für Aquarellfarben
   

Nima ist Architekt und Aquarellmaler, der seine eigenen Erinnerungen an Menschen, Orte und Reisen in seinen Skizzenbüchern festhält. Er wird euch in einer Live-Demonstration seines Malstils zeigen, wie man frei und locker mit Aquarellfarben arbeitet, und anschließend könnt ihr euch daran versuchen, euer eigenes einzigartiges Aquarell zu schaffen.

Der Workshop ist für 2,5 Stunden mit einer 15-minütigen Pause geplant. Grundlegende Malutensilien wie Papier, Aquarellfarben und Pinsel werden gestellt, aber du kannst auch gerne dein Lieblings-Aquarellset mitbringen. Dieser Workshop ist für alle Niveaus offen und du brauchst keine Erfahrung im Zeichnen und Malen, um daran teilzunehmen.
