Join us next thursday, the 21.08.2025, for a little morning Run & Rave! Let‘s start the day together with some movement, nice beats by sounds_ in_motion and good Coffee& cinnamon buns by Alter Schwede☀️🪩🎶☕️

First, we will go for a 10K- Run along the Rhine and meet afterwards at Alter Schwede. For the non- runners: Feel free to join from 7:30 am and start the day dancing! Let‘s celebrate life and summer all together💖

Ready to kick off your day with a burst of energy? Join us on Thursday, 21st August 2025, for Bonn’s very first Morning Rave – a perfect blend of movement, music, and good vibes! 🎉

We’ll start with a 10K run along the beautiful Rhine and after the fresh air, we’ll wrap it up with a tasty treat at Alter Schwede. 🌅☕️✨

🔊 Sounds_in_motion_ will be dropping the best deep/ funky house beats to get you moving, while Alter Schwede serves up delicious coffee & cinnamon buns to fuel your morning. 🥐☕️💫

For the non-runners: Don’t worry, you can join us from 7:30 AM and start your day with some dancing! 💃🏽🎶 Let’s celebrate life, summer, and good vibes together!
