🕖 jeden 2. Sonntag, ab 10:30 Uhr (gerade Kalenderwoche)

👟 7km + 5km Strecke - 6:00 - 6:45er Pace
Ein entspannter Sonntagslauf, neue coole Leute kennenlernen und danach noch einen guten Kaffee, Matcha sowie leckere Desserts in entspannter Atmosphäre? Komm vorbei!
Treffpunkt ist das cozy Cavo Café (direkt an der Haltestelle Münzgasse).

- 11:20Uhr - 5km Runde
Komm und bleibe solange du möchtest (beide Runde 12km)! 🤭
Für etwas Abwechslung können die Routen auch mal etwas variieren, schaue hierzu am besten vorher auf unseren Social Media Plattformen. Bei den Läufen sind mindestens zwei Pacer mit dabei, welche das Tempo dementsprechend anpassen können.
Wir veröffentlichen dann die Routen sowie den Livestandort im Communitychat unserer Whatsapp Gruppe.
Bagdropoff ist möglich, bitte bringt jedoch keine großen Gepäckstücke mit, da der Platz begrenzt ist.
Bestätige deine Teilnahme gern vorher bei Strava, damit wir einen groben Überblick über die Teilnehmeranzahl haben – wir freuen uns auf euch! 💛

A relaxed sundayrun, connect with nice new people and a have a good coffee, matcha and tasty desserts afterwards? Feel free to join!
The meeting point is the cozy Cavo Café (right next to the tramstation Münzgasse).
- 10:30am - 7km loop
- 11:20am - 5km loop
Come and stay as long as you like (both loops are 12km)! 🤭
To offer you a bit of variety, the routes can vary slightly; it's best to check our social media platforms beforehand. At least two pacers will be present at the runs, who can adjust the pace accordingly.
We will publish the routes and live location in the communitychat of our WhatsApp group.
Bag drop-off is possible, but please don't bring large luggage, as space is limited.
Optional you can confirm your participation on Strava so we have a rough idea of the number of participants – we look forward to seeing you! 💛
