About the theme: Now What?

The world is at a crossroads.

Things are changing at a breakneck pace. Wars are waging, societies are polarizing, economies are trembling, identities are challenged, and communities are redefined. 

Trends arise and vanish: movements that dominate today’s headlines dissolve tomorrow, voices of outrage turn into silence, and sparks of creativity fade as quickly as they appear.

And yet – technologies are developing, people are connecting, and voices are given a platform. 

Now what?

When answers seem fleeting, the challenge is not to cling to the familiar, but to embrace the unknown. Progress rarely follows a straight line – it twists, collides, and reshapes itself in ways no one can fully predict. And that’s where the opportunity lies.

Problem-solving is not always about finding the solution, but about asking the right questions, exploring paths that others might overlook, and daring to experiment when the outcome is unpredictable. 

Accepting uncertainty does not mean giving up. It means moving forward with despite not knowing where to go.
