I am Vanessa Martin and I spent seven years in sales, where I personally experienced how much our world is shaped by linear structures and a non-cyclical lifestyle - often at the expense of my own health.
These experiences sparked a desire in me to do things differently.

My training as a Trauma-informed Menstrual Cycle Coach at the Menstrual Coach Academy along with my studies to become an Expert holistic Women’s Health at the Akademie der Naturheilkunde form the solid foundation of my work.

Today, I accompany womb-holders on their path to greater body awareness, hormonal balance and a life in harmony with their own cycle.
