How many independent bookstores do you actually know in Hanover?

After last year's successful premiere, we cordially invite you to the second Bookstore Crawl Hannover. During the week of independent bookstores (01.11.-08.11.) you can once again discover twelve unique bookstores in your city.

In our bookstores, we will present you with a carefully selected range of books: exceptional books from independent publishers, particularly beautiful gift books, books that are currently being talked about, as well as lots of personal recommendations. Here you can browse, get advice and of course order any available book - it is almost always ready for collection the next morning.

Many of us regularly offer cultural events and are committed to promoting reading. With our stores, we revitalize our city districts, strengthen the location and make Hanover more attractive and liveable.

With your Stöberpass (which you will receive at your first stop), you can go on a discovery tour throughout the week and get a stamp at every bookshop. Each station has its very own charm and is looking forward to being found by you. If you visit at least three bookshops
can take part in our Lottery - each additional stamp brings you an additional ticket in the pot.

Just drop by or visit one of our Bookstore Crawl events (see below). Whether it's a reading, a book breakfast or a cozy browsing evening: you can browse through our shelves in a relaxed atmosphere and chat with other bookies about your favorite books.
