3rd Wilhelmshaven Laughter Night
Lutz von Rosenberg Lipinsky, Patrizia Moresco, Jonas Greiner, Nektarios Vlachopoulos and Roger Stein
The evening will once again be hosted by Lutz von Rosenberg Lipinsky. The humorist, who lives in Hamburg, originally comes from the southern part of northern East Westphalia - and is therefore predestined for the stage, especially as this biographical event is not the only source of a cornucopia of stories.
Once again, he has invited a truckload of colleagues to join him and turn the evening into a festival of good humor:
Patrizia Moresco finds: Life is abundant, we have everything and too much of everything, especially apocalyptic news, so humor can sometimes fall into your wrinkle cream. Not so Moresco! One woman, one word, one gag - always big and never good. Stand-up comedy at its best. Honest, provocative, uproariously funny and always in close contact with the audience. The Italian with a Berlin snout is an active volcano. She seethes incessantly and her eruptions are quite something. Instead of lava, she spews punchlines and puns against the zeitgeist that are so hot that they often leave a scorching mark. Nothing and no one is spared, least of all herself.
Jonas Greiner - topical, intelligent and uproariously funny. He convinces with his unmistakable way of combining pointed, ironic social criticism and hilarious everyday sketches with top-class and refreshing humor. Have you had stress, trouble, an argument or a bout of gout recently? No problem: Jonas Greiner can't take it all off your hands, but he will certainly put you in a funnier frame of mind and make you forget the difficulties of everyday life. How does that work? By taking a humorous approach to pretty much everything that happens around him in his stories. And he takes you on a journey through Germany and the world, through the here and now and the circumstances of our time, in which everyone else is just arguing.
Nektarios Vlachopoulos is a slam poet and humorist, a former German teacher with a Greek integration background and in times when the well-behaved bourgeoisie longs for simple solutions in the face of an ever faster, louder, more confusing world, he finally doesn't make a clear statement. With lightning speed, the qualified amateur lexicographer and tough street cabaret artist talks about the marginal social problems of the outer middle class. "A very clear YES!" is the manifesto of non-commitment. A cautious recommendation chiseled in granite for indecisive dogmatists. The ambivalence of negated contradiction turned into a program on the opposite day. A must for anyone who doesn't want to. So get your pens out and put them down, you can still procrastinate tomorrow. Nektarios is now transfiguring Tacheles! Or not. He's not so sure...
Roger Stein offers captivating musical entertainment between comedy songs, songwriting and post-romanticism. With powerful versatility, self-irony and charm, he weaves his way through his multi-instrumental and rhyme-laden program and gives pointless - but not middle-fingerless! - a fiery guide to disciplined revolt. With razor-sharp rhyming technique, he plumbs the depths of satire and poetry, pulls the rug out from under simple metaphors and lets language loose on itself. He skillfully combines hip-hop elements with the German song tradition to create his very own musical style.
