In the organizer's words:

LYPHER is a loving get-together for women with lipoedema - a space for encounters, peace and connection.

I, Luna, live with lipoedema myself and have long wanted to bring those affected together offline. Together with Maja , this space is being created : she will lead a gentle session with breathwork, self-lymph drainage, meditation & journaling - calm, clear, close to the body.

The event takes place in the Yoga Loft Süd, Stuttgart , light, music, scent, tea, mats: everything is there to create a safe, mindful space. Bring comfortable clothes, water and an open mind. Afterwards there will be time for tea, snacks and honest exchange.
