Reading with Markus Kavka & concert by Remode

On Whit Sunday, May 24, 2026, Hyde Park Osnabrück will celebrate its 50th anniversary - with an evening that combines literature and live music in a special way.

Markus Kavka will kick things off: the likeable music journalist (MTV/VIVA and more) will read from his book about Depeche Mode - personal, clever and full of stories from decades between the stage, backstage and TV studio.

The event area will be temporarily seated for the reading. Afterwards, we clear the dance floor and turn up the volume:

Remode, the rocking Depeche Mode cover band from Bielefeld, brings the classics live to the stage with powerful sounds, goosebump moments and enormous stage presence.
So for all those who want to be right at the front, it's off to the front row after the reading.

And if you can't keep your feet still after the concert, you can stay for the Depeche Mode party and dance into the early hours of the morning.
