He began his yoga journey in the mid-1990s with Shiva Rea (Prana Flow Yoga) and Maty Ezraty at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, California. For several years he has created his own signature style of "Liquid Flow Yoga" that seamlessly blends the timeless essence of classical yoga with modern elements.
