"Wine x seminar = pure enjoyment" is the formula for our "Absolute Beginners " seminar. In an uncomplicated, fact-filled and entertaining way, our sommeliers impart in-depth wine knowledge in the introductory seminar - vividly experienced with six selected wines and in a relaxed, chilled atmosphere.

You taste, learn and discover - without any prior knowledge, but with lots of fun and exciting examples. In the end, you will not only know more, but also taste more.

The Cologne wine cellar - More than wine. An experience.

At 2,500 square meters, the Cologne Wine Cellar is one of the largest historic wine vaults in Germany. Over 51 steps or by elevator, it is 13 meters deep to almost 4,000 wines from around 800 wineries worldwide. Awarded "Wine Merchant of the Year 2025", our sommeliers make the difference: they advise, tell stories and accompany you at tastings, stand-up tastings or winemaker evenings.
