Adventswanderung von Rodenkirchen zum Hafen-Weihnachtsmarkt

In the organizer's words:

Advent hike from Rodenkirchen to the harbor Christmas market

Advent, Advent... We start at Rodenkirchen station. We walk across the market square to the villas "Im Park". The Maternus Chapel is on the Cologne Riviera and the "Alte Liebe" boathouse is in the harbor. We cross the Rodenkirchen bridge to the other side of the Rhine. We walk along the Poller Wiesen meadows to the south bridge and enjoy the view of the Cologne skyline. We continue through the Rheinauhafen - an architectural landmark of the city. The harbor Christmas market at the Chocolate Museum is the perfect end to our Advent hike.

• Length: 7 km (approx. 3 hours with a break)
• Start: Rodenkirchen Bf (KVB line 16, 17)
• Destination: Chocolate Museum (bus lines 106, 132, 133)
