AFTER DEMO SOLI EVENT

In the organizer's words:

November 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. We want to demonstrate, make our voices heard, but also celebrate, empower each other, and connect. Therefore, we're kicking things off at 7 pm with the After Demo Event, featuring a thourough feminist self-care package at Club elipamanoke.

We'll have:
- Empowerment on the upper floor A self-defense workshop from 7-9 pm with Sasha, donation-based (€5-20). This workshop focuses on self-awareness and collective strategies against violence. Please register in advance via Instagram or hello@femvak.de. From 9 pm: Hangout
- Dancing on the lower floor - move freely and let the energy flow: our all-FLINTA line-up will bring you house, disco, and feel-good vibes with music w/ smooksy, lala b2b stinia3000, e.m.s.
- Info area Until 10 pm, members of:
Frauen für Frauen e.V., Frauenkultur Leipzig, SAIDA International, Platznehmen, the Bündnis "8. März ist immer!", and fem*vak itself will be available to answer your questions.
There will also be a merch and DIY screen printing booth with feminist designs by fem*vak. Entry is by donation (suggested donation: €5-15).

All proceeds go to Frauen für Frauen e.V. which works against gender-based violence. Your donation benefits women's shelters and counseling centers and supports feminist educational work in Leipzig. Being a perpetrator is systemic - break down structures of violence! Let's shake up the system together and strengthen each other.

The demo starts at 2:30 pm at the Grassi Museum, then we'll see each other at elipamanoke from 7pm onwards until midnigh.
