Martin and Steffi seem to be a prime example of how opposites attract: While he meticulously keeps his apartment in order and loves to start the day with calm and deliberation, she transforms more than just the lovingly laid breakfast table into a field of rubble in a matter of seconds.

But one day Martin has had enough of the chaos and unceremoniously throws his partner out the door.

Accompanied by his buddy Jan, he decides to drown his emerging heartache on a pub crawl. But why a strange man called Tim greets him in his apartment the next morning is a mystery to him. He can't really remember their first encounter in the "Blue Angel" bar either.

However, it soon becomes clear that Tim and Martin not only have the same sense of order, but also a similar fate: Tim has been thrown out by his partner Raphael. Both quickly agree that they would actually like to continue their respective relationships.

However, this cannot succeed without a clever strategy. Even less so when Steffi, who goes to collect her things from the apartment, finds her previous partner in perfect harmony with Tim: has Martin already escaped into a new relationship ... with a man?

The scorned woman cannot and will not accept this under any circumstances! Unbeknownst to the newly formed rental community, Steffi therefore devises a plan together with her friend Laura to turn the tide and win Martin back for herself...
