Wintertime is reading time!

Twice a year, Literaturhaus director Kathrin Dittmer, literary editor Jan Ehlert and Volker Petri from the German Publishers and Booksellers Association discuss the latest books of the season with a guest. In this edition, Saskia Fischer completes the book panel.

In this edition, too, the audience can look forward to well-founded reading tips for upcoming winter reading.

Kathrin Dittmer is the director of the Literaturhaus Hannover. She is a jury member of LiteraTour Nord, the Hölty Prize for Poetry and chairwoman of the Literature Commission and Literature Prize Jury of the State of Lower Saxony.

Jan Ehlert is a radio editor and one of the hosts of the NDR podcast eat.READ.sleep.

Volker Petri worked in the book trade for many years and is now Managing Director of the Northern Regional Association of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association.

Saskia Fischer studied philosophy, comparative literature, art history, literature and history. 2016 PhD at the University of Bielefeld, since 2020 research assistant at Leibniz University Hannover.
