"TransFORMANCE"

We live in a time of crisis, upheaval and new possibilities. Old forms of protest often no longer seem to be enough and at the same time there is a growing need for other ways to connect with the world and with each other.

The perfomative video installation "TransFORMANCE" opens up a space in which activism is not only loud and confrontational, but healing, visualizing and transforming.

The immersive work combines documentary elements, performance art and symbolic rituals, developed and performed by FLINTA* people aged between 20 and 70 from Cologne.

"TransFORMANCE" understands activism as a creative rewriting of images, feelings and stories and invites the audience to reposition themselves and the world in the present.
