Ugo Bienvenu creates an optimistic and colorful fairy tale, similar to the rainbow suit of his young protagonist Arco. The boy, who has fallen from the sky, actually comes from an idyllic, distant future in which time travel is possible. Mistakenly transported to the year 2075 - as a kind of caricature of our present day - he meets 10-year-old Iris. She welcomes him and helps him to return home. In return, Arco tells her about a bright future.
Ugo Bienvenu, director of many videos and short films, author and cartoonist, delivers his first animated film here. Arco is described by the filmmaker himself as "a big hug, a beautiful story that gives us all new impetus and a breath of fresh air, because in my opinion we need hope and gentleness more than ever".

Tout droit tombé du ciel, Arco vient en réalité d'un futur lointain et idyllique où il est possible de voyager dans le temps. Propulsé par erreur en l'an 2075, le petit garçon fait la rencontre d'Iris, dix ans, qua qui va le recueillir et l'aider à rentrer chez lui. In exchange, Arco gives him the prospect of a radically bright future. Ugo Bienvenu, an artist of multiple talents, creates an optimistic and colorful story based on the arc-en-ciel combination of his hero.
