Art writing. Schreiben im Museum.

Workshop leader: Dr. phil. AMELIE MAHLSTEDT

Meeting point: Foyer of the MdbK.

During a visit to the "Bildermuseum" (MdbK) in Leipzig, participants will look at selected works of art, learn about the works and artists and transform their perceptions and thoughts into 'Notated Drawings', miniatures and poems.

Inspired by the artwork, its history and the atmosphere of the museum, they not only create texts about the artworks, but also about their own inner images and stories - and the life-sustaining power of artistic expression.
