A special afternoon dedicated entirely to professional topics. The focus is on the opportunity to work on concerns from companies and organizations as well as personal or professional issues within the framework of a systemic constellation. Systemic constellations make hidden dynamics and connections within a system visible - be it in a professional environment, in a team or in individual development processes. They enable systemic entanglements to be recognized and resolved, promote the understanding of fundamental systemic principles and support the deepening of the ability to perceive. Participants can take on different roles - for example as constellators with their own concerns, as representatives within a constellation or as observers who reflect on the processes from the outside. Each of these perspectives opens up valuable insights into systemic contexts and personal fields of action. The event offers space to gain new perspectives and allow creative, sometimes unexpected solutions to emerge.
