My grandma burned everything / Mascha Rodigina / Printmaking and more

The Second World War took all of Mascha's family's memorabilia. Her grandmother burned the family's photo archive so that no one would throw it away after her death.

Later, the artist's children's drawings also disappeared during a cleaning operation. Only fragments of her great-grandmother's stories remain. The artist fills the gaps in this lost archive with her art. She collects new and old, her own and other people's memories and creates images and forms, and thus her own new world.
