The photographers, who also work for National Geographic and Stern magazine, took their off-road vehicle on adventurous tracks. They drove over islands made entirely of sand and penetrated deep into the red center of the outback. The Australian landscapes left them speechless. Pink lakes next to azure seas or fluorescent mushrooms and glowing blue surf. Heart-warming are the encounters with the migrant worker Mr. Campbell or Jeff, who lives on the isolated stations, as well as the Aboriginal people who are fighting for equality in society.
