In a world that asks us to be everywhere but in our own bodies, BARE BONES is an invitation to explore the physicality of your dance and the infinite landscapes of the moving human body. A solid, articulate physical vocabulary is the essential foundation upon which the emotional, cognitive and spiritual dimensions of embodiment are built.
This three-day workshop is an invitation to learn or further deepen the building blocks of Open Floor movement practice - as pure experience. And this lived experience does not leave our body, but becomes part of our everyday life.

All with & without previous experience welcome, room on the 3rd floor with stairs.
