The Batiar Gang - a unique Leipzig collective of unique, polyphonic chants from south-eastern Europe, blaring trumpets, saxophones and clarinets, two artistic accordions, a funky bass and powerful drums with lots of boom-boom, both on and off stage. They dance and sweat to an unmistakable borscht of songs from the band's wild history, created on the road in Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Ukraine or with a lot of wanderlust in the rehearsal room at home.
