Bellyacher (Cologne)

BELLYACHER from Cologne manage to sound "fresh" and "back then" at the same time. "Back then" because they play emo-punk, where the vocals are multi-faceted, melodic and captivating, where they choose amps that are better worn in pairs and where the drums sound human and not canned. "Fresh", because their music always has a few hooks and they choose unusual arrangements and song structures for their genre. BELLYACHER occupy a place between nostalgia and the present - somewhere between Samiam, Press Club and that feeling that it's better to go outside today to experience something.
Since their formation in 2020, BELLYACHER have released a tape and two EPs on vinyl and played a large number of shows throughout Germany as well as in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Italy, including at the legendary Booze Cruise Festival in Hamburg and the scene class reunion Farewell Youth in Dresden. They have also supported the likes of Samiam, Strike Anywhere, Mobina Galore, Petrol Girls and Antillectual.

Morgan Pines (Regensburg)

MORGAN PINES (Regensburg) Bands are often formed without any plans beyond late-night conversations at the bar. In the case of Morgan Pines, however, it did work out after a while: three of the four long-time friends got together in the rehearsal room for the first time in the summer of '24 after their previous bands POINT BAKER and IRISH HANDCUFFS came to an end. The missing member was then swiped from WORST ADVICE and the first gig took place at the Farewell Youth Fest in Dresden.
In 2026 there will be the first release on NOT SORRY RECORDINGS. And anyone who knows the label knows that quality comes before quantity. We can be curious.

Pale (Nuremberg)

pale is a four-piece emo / post-hardcore band from Nuremberg. Inspired by bands such as Touche Amore, Tiny Moving Parts, Pianos become the Teeth or Holding Absence, pale also venture beyond genre boundaries, mixing elements of indie, post-rock and alternative into their songwriting time and again. At concerts, they impress with intimate, energetic live shows and their sound has changed in recent years. Less straightforward and aggressive, but more playful, nuanced and with great attention to detail. pale combine cascading, off-kilter clean guitars with thundering drums, pulsating bass lines and vocals, sometimes in the form of fragile shouts, sometimes in the form of powerful cleans. In their lyrics, they process personal experiences, metaphorically encoded as it were, and yet completely open and honest, addressing introspection and introversion, virtue and vice, the search for oneself and personal borderline experiences.
