In the organizer's words:

The Blue Light Union Party is once again celebrating in Bochum, where they have taken over Platform 9. For this reason, police officers, firefighters, nurses, doctors, paramedics and all those who work around the clock for the well-being of their fellow human beings are expected from all over Bochum and the surrounding area. Friends of helpers and rescuers are also cordially invited.
