In the organizer's words:

The Blue Light Union Party is once again taking place in Hanover, and the Palo has been taken over for the occasion. For this reason, all members of the police, fire department, rescue services, hospitals and all those who work around the clock for the well-being of their fellow human beings are expected from all over Hanover and the surrounding area. Friends of helpers and rescuers are also cordially invited.
