Workshop description
In this workshop, I offer you the opportunity to turn your gaze inwards for a moment and check in with yourself. In my experience, we often forget this in our hectic everyday lives and so it is sometimes difficult to know: What is important to me (right now)? What do I need to feel good? How can I switch off without constantly looking at my phone?
To check in with yourself, we use a combination of guided introspection and breathing exercises followed by a hatha yoga sequence. In addition to simple and challenging postures (asanas), we will focus on breathing and relaxation to get in touch with your own body. We will hold the asanas for different lengths of time (between 10 seconds and 1 minute) and, as always, you will take care of yourself and your body. Everyone is welcome, from yoga beginners to experienced yogis.
All equipment is provided. From mats and blankets to blocks. All you need to bring is yourself, something to drink and, if you like, something to write down your thoughts. You are welcome to wear something loose and comfortable or your favorite yoga outfit.

About the organizer
Hi, I'm Stef :) I've been practicing yoga for 10 years and because it has taught me so much, I trained as a traditional Hatha yoga teacher in India. In addition, self-reflection and personal development are very important to me and I am happy to combine both in my workshops. It is particularly important to me to create a safe, open space where you can connect with yourself and, in the best case scenario, take away something lasting for yourself.
