Blindenfußballturnier 1. FC Köln

On August 23, 2025, the Geißbockheim will be transformed into a special place of sport and encounters: the 1. FC Köln Foundation cordially invites you to the blind soccer tournament.

It's not just the result that counts here - but courage, team spirit and pure passion for soccer. Blind soccer is fast-paced, technically demanding and full of emotion. Whether on the pitch or on the sidelines, this experience shows that soccer knows no boundaries.

Participating teams are 1. FC Köln, the women's national team, the Dutch national team and Schalke 04. In addition to the soccer, there will be a colorful supporting program such as face painting for children, hands-on soccer stations and a game presentation by FC stadium announcer Michael Trippel.

In addition, the entire tournament will be accompanied by an audio description/reportage for the blind.
