Concert

Probably the world's first bluegrass band to present the songs and style of the legend Johnny Cash in bluegrass format. Their name says it all - Bluegrass Cash are four musicians from Cologne who pay tribute to one of the greatest of all time with their performance. Not only the typical bluegrass instruments such as mandolin, fiddle, banjo, guitar and double bass are used. Bluegrass Cash convinces with pounding rhythms, virtuoso solos and harmonious and distinctive polyphonic vocals. In later concerts, Johnny Cash was often supported by his wife June Carter. In Bluegrass Cash, this part is taken over by singer and actress Kikki Gerón, who interprets June Carter's part with great passion. Together they share their joy of playing with the audience and take them on a journey through Johnny Cash's repertoire.
