Bochum Urban-Run

The 10-kilometer route takes you behind the scenes of the city. The run starts in waves from 9:00 am at the Run-Base at the RuhrCongress Bochum. From here, the varied route leads across the city and to special places that make Bochum a running experience. The focus is not on achieving the best time, but on experiencing the city together with the Urban Series community!

Highlights include a run through the German Mining Museum, a passage through a Bochum fire station and emotional encounters in the Katharina von Bora House, where participants are enthusiastically welcomed by the residents. Other cultural, sporting, gastronomic and city life stations along the route create a real urban run atmosphere.

The Bochum Urban Run stands for 10 kilometers full of energy, community and urban highlights. A running event where the experience takes center stage. Be there, get your ticket and run THROUGH THE WHOLE CITY!

From 07.06.2026: Late registration fee of + € 03.00 *The price levels are valid until the date stated on the website or as long as the respective ticket contingent is available. As soon as 500 starting places in a price level have been allocated, the next price level opens automatically, regardless of the time period. Note The prices stated apply to adults. Children under the age of 6 take part free of charge. Further discounts for trainees, students, pupils or children up to the age of 12 will be displayed during the registration process.
