Photo books in conversation. Issue 2
photo/dialogues are a project of the Master's course in Photography/Photographic Studies at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts under the direction of Prof. Dr. Marcel René Marburger. With heterogeneous formats (interviews, exhibitions, interventions), it aims to enable and maintain an ongoing discourse on photography.

The recently published volume photo/dialogues Vol 2 contains interviews with six different specialists on the subject of photo books - Thomas Gust, Alexa Becker, Markus Schaden, Frederic Lezmi, Judith Anna Rüther, Anna-Sophie Springer. Looking at the photo book phenomenon from different perspectives, the volume provides a profound insight into the conception, design and distribution of photo books.
