ℹ️ >>> For all those who didn't get a ticket for the first "Twistomat" event: This is the additional date for the same volume - if you were already there, we look forward to seeing you at the next volume "Synaptor" (soon at Pau's Boutique or another location).

Boom Your Brains is the quiz event by the Funfusion collective from Cologne - known for the innovative pocket quizzes "BOOM YOUR BRAINS". And now the whole thing is finally available in an event format: the same "around the corner" approach, no multiple choice, no ticking boxes. But a quiz with a twist! With brand new categories, but also with best-of quiz formats familiar from Boom Your Brains - with completely new questions, of course!

The motto here is: Brains come together. Your knowledge is put through our twist generator - and suddenly "I know" becomes real mental acrobatics. Combining, rhyming, decoding, thinking outside the box ... and lots of laughter. Finally a quiz with AHA! and HAHA!

EXAMPLES FOR QUIZ GAMES: So that you can imagine it...

🎬 HOLLYWOODSTOCK: The answers to two questions merge to form a new word. The end of the first answer is the beginning of the second. Put them together and name the new word creation as the solution. Sometimes it sounds pretty crazy!

🖼️ SEVEN vs. MIND: Seven elements are hidden in a picture, some are directly recognizable, others are more symbolic. Can be quite tricky!

🎤 PAPA SINGS: You have to recognize songs that our dad and guest stars from the family have sung - yes, really. Very funny!

🗞️ FAKE NEWS: Alternative facts with a difference! Someone has distorted the facts in the text and pictures of a newspaper title. Find the "fake news"

▪️Ihr coming as a team? Easy: 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 - everything fits.
▪️Du coming alone (or without a quiz crew)? Then grab a seat at the Community Table: this is a mixed table for up to 5 people. It's perfect if you're new in town, no one is available spontaneously or you just fancy meeting new people.

Pau's Boutique is a stylish Veedelscafé with street art vibes, really good drinks and grilled sandwiches - cozy, modern, perfect quiz spot! Up close, lively, with a really good atmosphere in the room. You can hear everything, it feels like an evening together - and not like "sitting somewhere at the back and only half-listening".
