In the organizer's words:
The STZ offers a free boxing course for anyone interested. Whether beginner or professional - as long as there are still places available, we will accept anyone over the age of 16. So if you've always wanted to take up martial arts, this is your opportunity.
Please come in sportswear! Indoor shoes would be great. Own equipment is desirable, but boxing gloves are provided.
