The music (tribal music, shamanic sounds, classical music) supports you in your processes and helps you to open up to the essentials: Love, trust, connection.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?

As a trained breathwork therapist through lichtatmung® in Berlin, I use so-called free conscious intuitive breathing , which means that YOU decide in the session how deep you want to go: We don't follow a specific breathing technique, it's about you using your breath as a tool at your pace and rhythm to look deeper, relax, let go. Please note that this breathing journey is activating breathwork. This means that we will embark on a deep inner journey that is designed to give space to your emotions: From sadness, to anger, to joy and passion, this is the space where you allow yourself to feel what you perceive in the moment. Relaxation comes afterwards :-)
