British Evening mit Mark Lyndon

A varied evening program by actor Mark Lyndon, combining classic entertainment with British flair and humour.

On this evening we serve typical British dishes such as pies, Irish stew, classic scones with clotted cream, specialty teas, a selection of cool British beers and atmospheric music.

Mark Lyndon, British actor and presenter, studied literature and theater in London before coming to Hamburg for a visit in 1982 - and staying. After many different stints, including with the University Players and the English Theatre, Mark Lyndon has processed his experiences with the people of Hamburg in his successful stage program ("How to be a Hamburger"). In it, he dissects everyday observations and draws comedic conclusions from them about the different national characters.
