Brother Ali is an American rapper, community activist and member of the hip-hop collective Rhymesayers Entertainment. His career spans over two decades and includes eight critically acclaimed albums, mentorships with legendary hip-hop greats like Chuck D and Rakim, and appearances on late-night shows with Jimmy Fallon and Conan O'Brien.

His simultaneously provocative and inspiring hip-hop brought him coveted features, such as in the 40th anniversary issue of Rolling Stone and in the legendary "Hip Hop Quotables" section of Source Magazine. At the same time, his clear stance on social justice even landed him on government watch lists.
