The end of the world is in its final stages: two survivors isolated in a bunker they built themselves. The food could last for a few more years. Enough time! - But for what? Find out the causes - what for? Carry on - but why? Are they the only ones? And what should you do with the other person now? Compulsive rituals, bizarre disputes and profound insights - sometimes humorously satirical, sometimes frighteningly unvarnished - characterize this journey to the end of the world. On 25 square meters, Ingo and Volker fight, philosophize and dance their way through everyday life and existential challenges. And always end up with one question: what does it mean to be the ones who turn out the lights?
