Chivas2GO - Latin, Pop, Funk live!

In the organizer's words:

For the fourth time, Gabi Greis and her seven fellow musicians will be stopping off at the traditional Veedelkneipe on the Niehler Uferpromenade. With jazzy salsa pieces, danceable pop numbers and soulful ballads, Chivas2GO will once again guarantee an exuberant atmosphere.

Chivas2GO mix pop, Latin and funk into a sophisticated musical cocktail: fresh, cheeky, lively. It is served up with sophisticated vocals, salsa piano, rock guitar, saxophone, funk bass, driving drums and lots of percussion.

The band's original compositions tell stories of sleepless nights, exciting journeys and emotional reunions. Chivas2GO is inspired by artists such as "Incognito", "Matt Bianco" and "Sade".

Every Chivas2GO concert is a tour through space and time. This is because the band members were already shaking up the music scene in the Cologne area four decades ago with the two groups Chivas Breitband and GO. Now they present themselves together in one formation: more surprising, more playful and more rousing than ever before.
