What happens when you follow your gut feeling and leave everything else behind? Patrizia and Marie do just that and set off in an old car on a journey from France to Guinea-Bissau - with their surfboards and a mission: they want to capture the stories of inspiring women who have redefined their place in the societies of North West Africa. Encounters with such diverse personalities as the first female Moroccan mountain guide, a women's rights activist and the surfing girls in Dakar reveal the seeds of a revolution.
