At 21, Elena has a seemingly impossible dream. With no experience and a past she has never faced, she embarks on the adventure of Olympic IQ foil windsurfing.
As the wind stirs up the repressed trauma of sexual abuse within her, she learns that only by letting go can she find balance, strength and a new way forward.
Against the backdrop of the infinite beauty of the sea, this poetic coming-of-age documentary explores the fragile line between ambition and self-destruction.
