CLAY & SOUND | Balance Day - your day, your time out

On October 26, 2025, we, Ani and Juli, invite you to a time-out in which your experience and feelings take center stage. Take a day for yourself and your relaxation. Potter your own ceramic vessel under guidance and enjoy deep relaxation with a sound bath.

The process of making ceramics is slow. It involves slowing down, connection, harmony and creativity. The same can be experienced during a sound bath. It's a match!

We come together in a small group in a beautiful location and connect with the material clay. You will receive an introduction to the pinch technique and will create and customize your own vessels by hand. It's not about perfection, but about being creative and free.

During the sound bath, you will immerse yourself in a space of sound and let yourself be carried by the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. You find deep relaxation and your body and mind become calm. Your energy and nervous system are allowed to find balance. Detox processes are stimulated and your immune system is strengthened. You don't have to do anything, be able to do anything or bring anything with you... Just make yourself comfortable on a mat and give yourself this space to relax.

In between, we will provide you with a healthy, vegan/vegetarian lunch and fresh sourdough bread from the Nourish bakery.

Let yourself be touched. The sound in your hands, the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls - and the connection to yourself. Be present with all your senses and let yourself be pampered.

*11:30-13:00 Pottery | Part 1
*13:00-13:40 Lunch
*13:40-15:10 Pottery with sound | Part 2
*15:10-15:30 Tea/snack break
*15:30-16:30 Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls & Koshi Chimes
*16:30-17:00 Conclusion & Closing Circle

Your pottery pieces will be glazed for you (there are different glaze colors to choose from) and fired. After approx. 3-4 weeks your works will be ready for collection.
