Lecture and discussion with Ulrike Precht (alternative practitioner in Stuttgart specializing in women's and intestinal health).
Thursday, 23.4.2026, 7:30 pm, Augustenstraße 127, S-West.
Many common diseases do not develop suddenly - they often develop in the background over years. One organ plays a central role in this and yet is often underestimated: the gut. It is home to billions of microorganisms and influences the immune system, metabolism and many processes throughout the body.
Current scientific findings show that gut health can be linked to numerous common diseases - including cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, chronic inflammation and obesity. The gut often works silently, long before symptoms become noticeable.
In this lecture, you will learn in an understandable way how the gut is structured, what tasks it performs for health and what influence diet, lifestyle and stress can have on the balance in the gut. You will also receive practical tips for everyday life that you can use to support your intestinal health.
An exciting insight into an organ that can do far more than just digest food.
