"Don't unravel the places" - The image as a way of life

The writer and language artist Frank Schablewski takes you on a poetic journey through images, languages and worlds of thought. A multi-layered dialog between painting and life unfolds in confrontation with the works of Gerhard Hoehme.

What is hidden in black? In Hebrew, the word for "black" also carries the possibility of "liberation". Darkness as a space of dreams, as a place of the unconscious - full of images that cannot be fully unraveled.

Inspired by the connection to the poet Paul Celan, an impressive interplay of language, color and meaning is created.
